"Just prior to my starting neurofeedback I had had applied for a job that I really wanted.  Subsequently, I was able to secure an interview and aced it!!  I was not nervous or anxious heading into the meeting, I was confident and relaxed and was hired within the first five minutes of the interview!

I am also a competitive ballroom dancer.  The day after my first neurofeedback session my instructor commented that I was in my "competitive" mode and said that it felt like I was more enthusiastic and focussed and was moving like a "pro".  I felt "different".....I was dancing with a lot more confidence and it felt really awesome!!  My dancing has improved so much just in the three weeks, we both can feel it and see it after every lesson! Anxiety

When I first came to Trish for help I was depressed, sad, anxious and my self confidence was at an all-time low.  My first appointment was about two hours where trish asked me some very personal and in depth questions.  My next appointment, a few days later was my first neurofeedback "hook up" session with the sensors. I was a little "skeptical" at first.  However, it was a very painless, pleasant and productive experience.

Weight Loss - Lifted Mood, Emotional Stability

If there was anything I wanted to change, it was that I have been struggling with my weight all of my life, and wished I had more will power to diet. Trish explained that while brain training cannot claim to make your body lose weight, it does claim to stabilize you emotionally. Being more emotionally stable you are better able to control impulses and triggers caused by emotions will not occur as frequently.

When I first began Brain Training with Trish, I did not have any expectations.  I did not begin because I had identified any problems, but I was curious and interested in the experience.  I had recently been promoted to a leadership position at work and was doing well but finding the increased demands of the position “fatiguing” to my aging brain (I was 57).  I also found at the end of the day my brain felt so tired I had little mental energy left to do much more than watch TV, and was “sluggish” and crankier than I wanted to be, but accepted all these things as “par for the course”.

When I met Trish, I had suffered from a TIA (transient ischemic attack or ministroke) and a difficult divorce. My body had suffered significant trauma from both. Although my TIA was a minor episode I had difficulty with word recall and focus. I had heard about programs using the brain’s own image to help heal itself and was cautiously optimistic that it may help me.
